Confirming Lee Jofa's commitment to the heritage and design excellence of handblocks, in 1993, we were able to re-introduce the handblock design Amazon.
First designed and produced in 1937, it was retired many years later when some of the blocks were damaged. When the mill was doing some house cleaning these blocks were unpacked and, because the damage was relatively minor, we were able to persuade the mill to attempt a refurbishment effort.
